2017 East State Street Rehab

Sept 15 – Oct 24, 2017

Partner Family: Netana / Location: 438 East State Street, Murfreesboro

Dedication: Thursday, Nov. 2, 4pm

Rehab project for Netana’s house at 438 East State Street, which had a fire in August. Her house was originally built in 2008. The fire, which was caused by a charging cell phone on a bed, burned much of the back, master bedroom and spread to other rooms. There is extensive smoke damage too. Habitat crews will demo the house, down to studs in some areas, and rebuild.

Volunteer days are Wed, Fri and Sat throughout the construction. To volunteer  please contact Megan Hutchings, Volunteer Coordinator, 615-890-5877 x106. We have a NEW ONLINE VOLUNTEER SIGNUP! Click to view the volunteer opportunity calendar.
