Earth Day ReStore Donation Day
Saturday, April 22, 9am – 12pm
We’re joining the BBB for their Shred Day, including Sims Lifestyle Services + Greenhouse Ministries.
Location: Parking Lot at Planet Fitness (1954 Old Fort Pkwy.)

Spring clean your home, closets, basement, attic and garage and bring your household goods to donate them to the Habitat ReStore – where they’ll be sold and find new life in a new home! AND Household Electronics! (to be recycled by Sims) Proceeds help us build more affordable houses for Rutherford County residents!
Volunteers will be there to get your items out of your car and into the ReStore truck!
Accepted types of donations: good condition furniture, working appliances, doors & windows, cabinets, sinks & commodes, surplus building materials, Look up here.
Our ReStore also keeps over 560 TONS of materials OUT of area landfills! Your “trash” is someone’s treasure!
BBB SHRED DAY (EARTH DAY)
BBB will once again provide FREE document shredding. This free service is open to everyone. Please feel free to share this information with family, friends, employees, vendors, etc.
We will also be a collection point for Habitat For Humanity, Greenhouse Ministries, and Sims Lifecycle Services:
> Habitat will accept: furniture, home accessories, working appliances, lighting, doors & windows, hardware, flooring, sinks, cabinets, tools, lumber, surplus building materials and more! Look up here.
> Habitat will also collect household electronics for Sims Lifecycle Services to recycle! Includes most electronics: Computers, laptops, phones, flatscreens & monitors, printers & copiers, hard drives, media players, office equipment, cameras, and more! For “tube” TVs: please bring $10 fee for 32” or smaller, and $25 for larger TVs (Exact cash only)
> Greenhouse Ministries will be collecting personal items: food, purses, bags, backpacks, clothes, shoes, jewelry, baby clothes, new undergarments, toiletries, hygiene products, books, CDs DVDs, albums, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, linens and more.
