We’ll build all of the walls, and a temporary Habitat “house”, in just 5 hours!
The wall panels for this house will go to a house for Future Homeowner Talicia and her young daughter.
After moving in and out of apartments for several years, Talicia began to focus on something more permanent. A friend mentioned the Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity Homeownership program and her mom encouraged her to apply. The first time Talicia submitted her application, she was unsuccessful. She was very determined and worked hard before reapplying in 2024. She was both surprised and excited when she received the call that she had been accepted into the RCHFH Homeownership program. Talicia works for the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro
