Habitat for Humanity Needs You!

Volunteer opportunities abound here at the Rutherford Habitat affiliate! Here is a list of events we have coming up that we will need volunteers for:

Crew leaders: if you have experience with construction and would like to lead a crew in your area of expertise (ie putting up drywall, installing insulation, etc.) give us a call!

Volunteering with RCHFH is a great opportunity to spend time with friends, family and coworkers and do a great thing for the community.  Save money on a retreat for your business or family this year and plan a work day instead!  We welcome businesses, church groups, college or high school groups, etc. 

Here is a list of the jobs we need volunteers for when we build a home:

Framing, Roof Decking, Doors/Windows/Roof Decking, Insulation, Trim Install, Paint, More Trim and Paint, Hardware, Finish work, Yard, Final Cleanup/Last Details

Special Events: Construction not for you. More of a party planner? Throughout the year we have several opportunities to volunteer for fundraisers and special events. Just call and we'll let you know what's coming up.
